I met Certified Transmission and Peter Fink in 1997 and have been a distributor since 2005. Since the beginning it was obvious that Certified Transmission was on the leading edge of technology. I have learned after 24 years in the Transmission business that the number one thing is to get the customers vehicle down the road and make the customer happy as quickly as possible. With our old business model we could not achieve what we have been able to achieve the last 8 years. One of the biggest frustrations I had over the years was trying to staff the shop according to our work load. Now its easy, when having Certified Transmissions in stock ready to install, makes it easy to get the jobs out the door, customer happy and minimal warranties. Our technicians love it, managers love it, customers love it, and as a owner I cannot imagine operating without being a Certified Transmission distributor.
