"I want to comment about the above-and-beyond customer service I received for the "behind the counter girl" Shelly, who was outstanding in her ability to keep me informed on what was going on with my Monte Carlo. From the initial call, through my free service check, the actual replacement process of the transmission and final return inspection, I was given a detailed description of the problem and the alternate solutions. She was friendly, intelligent, knowledgeable, and able to communicate in a way that made sense. The best part is I never felt once I was under the pressure to do anything. As for the rest of "the guys" at Certified Transmission in Lincoln, they too are clearly professionals, as my 2004 Monte Carlo runs like new."

"Rick Swierczek, thank you for servicing the transmission on my 2007 Mitsubishi Galant. I noticed a significant difference in my car's performance. The transmission shifts smoothly as if the car wasn't shifting at all. You can barely feel the shifting between gears. Before I brought in the car, I could feel the pressure of the transmission building between gears. Now, the car performs just as good as when I drove it off the dealership lot. I took my car to Metro Mitsubishi in Omaha for my first transmission service. Over time, the work they performed did not have a better result than the service at Certified Transmission [of Millard]. I paid much more money for the service but Metro Mitsubishi did not have a quality result as Certified Transmission. You company's price for transmission service is great for the quality of work, even though I had to pay a little more to service my transmission because of the unique transmission in my car (no external filter or pan). Your technician's advice for the best result for my car was absolutely perfect. I will continue to bring my Mitsubishi Galant as well as my Chevy Venture for future service. Keep up the Great Work! I have been to other transmission repair shops in Omaha and have been disappointed by the lack of attention and have found most to be rude and non-caring. In fact, one transmission shop acted like it was an imposition of even asking them to fix my transmission. He hardly looked up and then only long enough to give me the bill! "Certified Transmission on Pacific St. 5-Star Rating! We (my wife and I and 3-boys) Spent 4 hours in Omaha last week because the overdrive on my truck tranny went out as we were driving from Minneapolis MN to Laramie WY for a wedding. I stopped at Certified Transmission 7516 Pacific St in Omaha to have the transmission checked. Dave Shadlow and his team delivered top notch customer service to an out-of-towner (with 3-boys jacked up on sugar) in a hurry and stressing out. Mr. Shadlow was able to look at my truck right away, he jumped on the phone with my mechanic in MN and was able diagnosis the problem and get us on our way. He worked with my mechanic and was able to bill him directly. Dave gave us several options to kill the time and provided everything we needed. I was tired and stressed when I walked into his shop and because of Dave's customer service, attitude, and genuine willingness to help by the time I picked up my truck I was feeling refreshed and relaxed. If you live in the Omaha area and need transmission work done (I would also find out what other services Dave's shop provides) I recommend you do business with David Shadlow at Certified Transmission on Pacific St. Auto problems are stressful enough without having to put up with know-it-all mechanics who have poor "bed-side manor" not an issue at Certified Transmission. BTW, thanks Dave for the tip on the NFM, amazing place! "

"Gaige & Staff, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the expert service that had taken place on my recent visit to your Omaha transmission shop. Two years ago I experienced some transmission trouble and brought my car in for service. I had to have my transmission replaced and your transmission specialists did an outstanding job getting my transmission problem taken car of in a prompt and timely manner without a long delay of the use of my vehicle. Recently I had been experiencing a noise when my car was running in gear and I returned to your transmission shop to see if there was some type of problem. You and your transmission specialists checked out my transmission and told me that there was a defect found in the transmission. Without any hesitation, you obtained a remanufactured transmission and set up an appointment to have it worked on. I dropped off my car at 8 am and by 4 pm the same day my car was back on the road. There was no charge for this repair. I again would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent service that I had received. When Certified Transmission says, "We will fix it right" they live up to their promise. I would highly recommend anyone that may need any transmission work done to bring it to your place of business for service!"
