Peter Fink founded Certified Transmissions in a two-bay mechanics shop, and has never forgotten where his company started. He knows that hard work and dedication are the keys to success, and he rewards his associates for their hard work and commitment, as well as their years of service to the company. That's why Certified Transmission has such a low turnover in employees. More than two-thirds of the Certified Transmission staff has been employed there for seven or more years. And that speaks for the integrity and commitment Peter has to his working associates.
